bingiplus Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published by bingiplus:

• "bingiplus," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bingiplus platform, its operators, and its authorised representatives.
• "Platform" refers to the bingiplus website accessible at https://bingiplus.org, including all games, features, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bingiplus Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the bingiplus Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a player's bingiplus Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a player's Account by bingiplus.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any casino-style game, bingo room, slot title, live dealer table, or other interactive product available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing the bingiplus Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingiplus Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the bingiplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a bingiplus employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bingiplus Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory authority.

bingiplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bingiplus may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) active Account on the bingiplus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change. bingiplus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

• Notify bingiplus immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not use another player's Account or allow another person to use your Account.
• Do not register using false, misleading, or fictitious personal information.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.

bingiplus reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 have not been met.

All financial transactions on the bingiplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bingiplus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, and only to the same account holder. bingiplus does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

bingiplus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the processing of the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily suspended. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

bingiplus may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bingiplus promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. bingiplus reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or collusion with other players.
• bingiplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during that period.

All games available on the bingiplus Platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, and Monster Mine — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms overseen by trained dealers.

By participating in any game on the bingiplus Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance. bingiplus does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the individual game information panels. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bingiplus will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's Account Balance.
• bingiplus reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where it determines that a technical error, software fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingiplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your Account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, tool, or technique to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit the Platform or any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingiplus staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

All content on the bingiplus Platform — including but not limited to the bingiplus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of bingiplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bingiplus.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any bingiplus trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of bingiplus intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bingiplus and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingiplus, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, bingiplus expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions, including losses incurred during any game session.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bingiplus's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or support communications.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

The bingiplus Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bingiplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

bingiplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bingiplus implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bingiplus cannot guarantee absolute data security.

bingiplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming on the bingiplus Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

bingiplus provides the following responsible gaming tools, which players may activate at any time by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bingiplus Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bingiplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure.
• Extended Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

You may close your bingiplus Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

bingiplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingiplus will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bingiplus Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and bingiplus, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. bingiplus is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
